I am getting this message every time I try and schedule a mock interview - which I just signed up for and PAID to be able to do! Sometimes it is just one or two lines sometimes it is like 12 of them in red. I would really love to be able to practice as soon as possible, or I will have to dispute the charge on my card and possibly leave a not so good review of the product since it is not working that first time I am trying it.
inside the format it says I have to restart the interview but it always give me the same answer again.
